Are your products made after I order?
Yes. Every item is made to order specifically for you.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund if there’s a manufacturing issue.

Do I need to return a damaged item?
No. In most cases, a return is not required—just send photos.

Can I return or exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size?
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of mind. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

Are designs the same size on all shirts?
Designs may be slightly scaled for different garment sizes to ensure the best fit and appearance.
